We Accept Books and DVDs in Good Condition
Book donation bins located at:
- Downtown Library
- Sheldon Branch Library (Rite-Aid)
- Bethel area (Petersen Barn Community Center)
What we do not take:
Due to space limitations and lack of demand, we are not able to accept:
- Encyclopedias and dictionaries
- Sets of books (i.e. Time-Life series)
- CDs and VHS tapes and audio cassettes
- Textbooks, computer, business, and travel books published more than 5 years ago
- Spiral-bound cookbooks
- Reader’s Digest condensed books
- Books that are damaged or that have a musty or smoky odors
Arrange for a pick-up:
- For large volumes of book donations
- Please box up books and arrange in an easily-accessible area
